Cornish Yarg, 1kg whole round – Yarg is a semi-hard Cornish cheese, made from the milk of Fresian cows. It is a slightly creamy and crumbly cheese, it’s texture is between a cheddar and caerphilly. Covered in vibrant green nettle leaves for a unique finish
Tunworth Camembert, 250g -Tunworth Camembert has an intense, long lasting flavour with hints of mushroom and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind. Made by hand in small batches using whole pasteurised cows milk. Tunworth would rival any French camembert, even Raymond Blanc said it was the best camembert in the world – hows that for an endorsement!
Brillat Savarin, 100g – This is a triple cream, superbly decadent dessert cheese
Langres,180g – A sublime French cow’s milk cheese with an interesting wrinkled rind which adds textural interest. This cheese is sumptuous, creamy and powerful and develops a dense creamy core with a luscious creamy yet savoury finish
Capricorn, 100g goat cheese – This little cheese has won a staggering amount of awards over the years. It is a delicious, velvety soft goats cheese. Mild and crumbly when young developing into a softer, creamier fuller flavour as it matures

The cheeses will come individually wrapped for you to pop in your fridge, ready to unwrap and assemble on the day. Leave out for 1-2 hours to come up to room temperature before eating
