Cost £180

Base/1st tier: Hoe Stevensons Red Leicester, 3.4 – 3.6kg  – we really love the superb nutty sweetness of  this aged red leicester. A superb caramel flavour and deep rich colour

2nd tier: Devon Oke, 2.2kg – Devon Oke Cheddar has a lovely rustic outer rind, with a creamy, delicate flavour.  We cut these large cheeses in half to give approx 2.2kg of  superb, creamy cheddar style cheese

3rd tier: Sharpham Brie, 1kg – Sharpham is a soft, surface-ripened cheese made using unpasteurised Jersey cow’s milk. When ripe it oozes it’s creamy, rich buttery interior everywhere. It’s delectably rich, smooth and creamy with a full flavour when mature

4th tier: Cashel Blue, 800g-1kg –  Characterful but not strong.  Cashel has a rich flavour with a delightful creaminess. Buttery yellow with edible surface mould which is intrinsic to the cheese and contributes to the breaking down of the paste, adding further flavour and complexity

5th tier/topper: 400g Godminster Vintage Cheddar heart – Godminster Organic Vintage Cheddar is a seriously strong & delicious, ultra creamy vintage organic cheddar in a distinctive burgunday wax. A great full strong flavour with a lovely creamy consistency. The cheese can be sliced or scooped!  Pretty heart shaped version

We like you to order well in advance, a minimum of two weeks notice is usual, so we are ready here at West Country Cheese to make sure each of the cheeses arrive with you in perfect condition ready for the big event.  However, we’ll do all we can to accommodate short notice requests without compromising quality
