Product Description

Thomas Hoe Aged Red Leicester is an award winning Red Leicester and is the only pasteurised aged Red Leicester produced in the county of Leicestershire.

Made to a traditional recipe, this Aged Red Leicester is buttered, bandaged and left to mature for 5 to 6 months.  This produces a wonderful smooth texture.  It is mellow, almost sweet and nutty with a slight hint of caramel to finish.
